Solar Photovoltaic Plant Guillena

The Guillena solar photovoltaic plant, located in the municipality of Guillena (Sevilla), is a project developed by Solarig and subsequently acquired by Luxcara GmbH, with a nominal capacity of 100 MW and an installed peak power of 121.07 MWp.

The complex connects to the grid through a 20/220 kV step-up substation, from which it evacuates the generated energy to the transmission electrical infrastructure.

The installation occupies several adjacent plots along the SE-3411 road, from where the main access is located.

The plant was built from 2019 onwards and has more than one hundred megawatts of photovoltaic modules that enable an estimated annual production exceeding 200 GWh, sufficient to supply 50,000 homes each year.

This infrastructure is integrated within the photovoltaic corridor of the Sevilla-Guillena-Salteras area, one of the most relevant solar hubs in Andalusia.
